Solomos virgin olive oil is a blend that, apart from Koroneiki, contains rare varieties that are difficult to found in the rest of Greece, such as Korfolia, Dopia and Simoteiki!
Organic treatment and detailed sorting
The cultivation of our olive groves is certified organic, the olives are harvested by hand and then a sorting process takes place where only the healthy fruit is selected for maximum quality.
Immediate conversion to oil by cold pressing
The transfer of the olive fruit to the olive mill is done in the same day and with the cold pressing method we extract olive oil of excellent quality.
